2. Services Description
Cyberswipe provides technology services across five divisions: Software Development, Cybersecurity, Compliance & Consulting, AI & Automation, and Education & Training. Specific service terms will be detailed in individual service agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Cyberswipe or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
4. Client Obligations

For specific projects and engagements, separate service agreements will govern the scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. These Terms of Service supplement those agreements.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of any engagement. Cyberswipe will sign NDAs as required.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement as specified in the applicable agreement. Upon termination, you remain liable for services rendered up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
